Name: Alannah Bradley
Position: Account Coordinator
Hometown: I’m from Westlake Village, California.
Education: I have a BA in Communications from CU Boulder (Skooo Buffs!).
How long have you been in Denver?
I’ve been living in Denver since 2014, but in Colorado since 2009. I may just never leave… Too many great things about this state.
What’s your favorite social media platform?
Instagram is probably my favorite social media platform. I like being able to follow and stay up-to-date with my friends and family through pictures.
Burritos or pizza?
PIZZA! Cosmos is a Boulder/Denver staple, and don’t forget the spicy ranch. It’s a must!
Beer or wine?
Beer for sure. IPA’s to be exact. The Colorado craft beer scene is on point.
Summer or winter?
Ahh, that’s too hard to choose! One of the reasons I wanted to come to Colorado in the first place was for the seasons (which are hard to come by in SoCal). I love the winters here, but I’ll always be a California sunshine girl, too. To be honest, FALL is actually my favorite.
Coffee or tea?
Grumpy till I get my coffee. ☺
*NSYNC or BSB (Backstreet Boys)?
Back in the day, it was always *NSYNC over BSB for me. Come on… Who can resist JT’s voice?!
What’s your favorite ice cream flavor?
I’m actually a fro-yo girl. I like a tart flavor, with strawberries and chocolate chips. YUM.
What’s the best meal you’ve ever head?
The scallops from TAG on Larimer Square. Actually, anything from TAG. The taco sushi appetizer they have is also amazing. Just go. Go there now! OR my mom’s chili – I’d eat that any day of the week.
What’s your favorite music?
I am really open to experiencing all types of music and love a lot of different types. My favorite band to see live by far is Phish. Their energy up on stage is truly unlike anything else I have experienced and you can tell they love what they do. I have traveled to see them in a lot of awesome places, the coolest being The Gorge Amphitheater in Washington. That venue tops Red Rocks, in my opinion. This summer, I am seeing Phish at The Garden in NYC, at Northerly Island in Chi-City, and of course, at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park here in Colorado.
Give us a fun fact…
I have a tattoo on my foot that I got in Ireland. My Irish heritage is really dear to me and Ireland is one of the coolest and most beautiful places I have ever traveled to. People really enjoy life to the fullest there, and that’s something I strive for in my life.
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Next on my travel bucket list would definitely be Southeast Asia – Thailand, to be exact.
What’s your favorite PlaceWise moment?
The Happy Hours! I feel like I learn the most about my coworkers when we spend a bit of quality time together after work. Also, this isn’t a moment, but my team here at PlaceWise is pretty RAD!
