Jack is an urban economist with over fifteen years’ experience examining the economics of cities, properties and place. Jack specialises in understanding what drives real estate performance, with a particular focus on retail assets. He has a deep understanding of the economic relationship between shoppers, malls, and tenants, and uses this framework to help optimise shopping centre performance across Asia and the Middle East. His retail experience is broad, from developing market optimisation strategies for some of Asia Pacific’s most iconic malls, to helping understand the value of the public realm.
Jack is currently the Regional Director for Cistri, an Urban Strategy consultancy based out of Singapore. Cistri is part of the Urbis Australia Group.
