Hometown: I don’t really have one. I lived all over the place growing up. We moved every 3-4 years - but I’d have to say Denver since I’ve lived here longer than any of the other places.
How long have you worked at Placewise? I’ve lost track. I started Labor Day in 2002 and became a full time employee in 2003.
What food would you bring to a potluck and why? I would bring Shepherd’s Pie. I make it with lamb and truffle salt and everybody loves it.
Which store would you like to max-out your credit card at? I’d have to say Listen Up. I’d go way beyond my limit.
What’s the perfect ratio of peanut butter to jelly on a PB&J? 50/50
What is the nerdiest thing you do in your spare time? Watch documentaries - WWII training videos on YouTube.
If you were eating your last meal on Earth, what would it be? Steak au poivre.
Go-to artist to listen to? I’ve been listening to a lot of Above and Beyond.
What is your hidden talent? Probably cooking.
What’s your favorite thing to cook? Paella.
What are you currently watching on Netflix? David Letterman.
If you could describe yourself as a beverage, what would you be and why? I would be a ginger ale - it’s kind of a classic drink and mixes with almost any type of alcohol and it’s not too sweet.
What’s on your bucket list? To hike the trail between Aspen and Crested Butte. I’m hoping to do it this summer.
What’s your opinion about putting pineapple on pizza? It’s a sin.
